LDA holds an auction for six commercial properties

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) sold six commercial plots in different plans for a total of PKR 45,4 million at an auction on Wednesday, according to news reports. The advertised public sale of commercial land was held at the LDA Community Center, Civic Center in New Garden Town.

Plot # 804/3 in Jubilee Town, Block B, was sold at auction for PKR 8.384 million. Plot # 804/4 in Jubilee Town, Block B, was sold at auction for PKR 8.327 million. Plot # 1 (Corner-2), Sector C-II, Quaid-e-Azam Town, was sold at auction for PKR 8.325 million. Plot # 2-II, Sector D-I, Quaid-e-A

The sale was also attended by the general director of housing, the director of finance, the director of estate management, and the director of land development.
