According to the facts, the notices were sent out in accordance with the act and the Punjab Private Housing Schemes and Land Subdivision Rules 2010. The Rawalpindi Commissioner, Noor-ul-Amin Mengal, has also said that he is worried about the growing number of illegal groups that are operating in RDA’s area. It was said that the Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering (MP&TE) Directorate is taking action against illegal housing schemes’ marketing and advertising.

The director of MP&TE told the people who built these 12 housing societies to turn in the deed of surrender, mortgage deed, and NOC they got from the Environment Protection Department and other relevant departments. He told the people in charge of housing societies to send in the documents soon or their layout plans won’t be approved.

He went on to say that the people who run these housing projects lie to the public about what they have to offer. He also told people to be careful when they bought real estate. Before booking and buying, people should check with the MP&TE Directorate RDA.
